This project was an reconstruction of an existing 1,700 s.f., 2-story residence that was required to obtain approval from the ARC (Architectural Review Commission) before the permit was granted. The scope of work was a complete interior remodel to provide an open and more contemporary floor plan, removal of asbestos siding and re-roof from asphalt shingles to metal seam.
