Our task was to convert a vacant 13,000 s.f. warehouse into the new offices of CTV Capital, LLC. This existing warehouse needed structural reinforcement of deteriorated wood post and beam system along with extensive subflooring rebuilding. This project involved selective demolition, interior offices, conferences, restrooms, open workspace and showcase area for prospective clients. A complete HVAC and electrical system was installed to supply power to the entire warehouse building which included an ADA compliant ramp, site parking campus plan and exterior facade improvements. Construction commenced early 2018 and ran the duration of the year due to managing existing conditions due to neglect for many years. Construction cost of this project was $300,000.
